Goals
 Future Goals:
- To receive a teaching job in Missoula County in which I can collaborate and co-teach with other education professionals.  
- To facilitate partnerships between general education and special education professionals. 
- To continue my professional development and further my education.
- To receive a Master's Degree. 
Student Teaching Goals (for both Elementary Education and Special Education):
- To continue to gain experience with the practicalities of embedding Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in classroom curriculum.
- Working to ensure inclusion is a meaningful experience for all 
children and educators, and that it guarantees access to the general 
education curriculum.
- Building my knowledge and comfort with the use of Positive Behavior Supports (PBS).
- To meaningfully use data and assessment to inform my teaching. 
300 Block Goals:
- Gain an understanding of how to successfully address different learning styles and multiple intelligences.
- Learn how to embed UDL into the classroom curriculum as much as possible.
- Build a better understanding of intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, and how to use them successfully.
- Build a repertoire of classroom management techniques and PBS.
200 Block Goals:
- Read There Are No Shortcuts, by Rafe Esquith.
- Learn more about intrinsic versus extrinsic motivators and decide which discipline strategies I will use in my classroom.
- Learn more about different learning styles and incorporate different teaching methods into my lesson plans.
