I cannot believe that this semester on campus is almost over, and in a couple short weeks I will be in the field! I have learned so much this semester, but more than anything, I have learned that I must always continue to learn and grow.
I found out that I will be at Hawthorne Elementary with Erica Mahoney. I am super-excited! 5th grade here I come!
This blog will document my voyage into student teaching, and serve as my Professional Development Portfolio for the University of Montana Teacher Education Program. It will also serve as a place for potential administrators to view my past experiences.

Almost there!
I am winding down my semester full of Special Education courses, and boy have I learned a lot! The knowledge that I have gained will be an immense help in my future as an educator, be it in a general education classroom, or as a consulting resource teacher.
Next fall I will be completing my elementary education 400 block, and then student teaching in the spring. I can't wait!
